Dear donors,
We were informed that there were occassions where there is an error message that states "Unsuccessful - Account is not authorised. Reject code: [0076]" when transfers were done via Maybank2U. Please do note that it is a genuine error due to overwhelming of transactions to Kai Xin's account.
The interim solution at the moment by Maybank is to update the passbook every hour on a daily basis including Saturdays and Sundays to clear the logs.
We would like to thank you for your patience and thousands of apologies for any inconveniences caused.

Belinda, I think overseas payment can be transferred via Western Union, MoneyGram and telegraphic transfer into Malaysia account. Maybe you can seek more information from the bank near to you. Or you may ask your relatives here in Malaysia to help bank in the donation.
